Our Founders

We have spent a collective 60 (!) years in technology organizations leading and building teams across every function of a business. We both love building real things for real people who get real value.

  • Lexi is a visionary leader passionate about building organizations that empower people to thrive. She has nearly two decades of experience building innovative products and scaling massive businesses at American Express, Google, and Gusto. Previously an advisor at General Catalyst on the Future of Work, a candidate for U.S. Senate, and a teaching fellow at HBS in technology and operations management, Lexi is an expert on how organizations must adapt to stay competitive in the face of AI, climate, and the economy.

  • Steve is a deep technologist obsessed with building products that challenge the status quo. He’s a Partner at Juxtapose and was previously a managing director at General Catalyst, serving on the boards of Corelight, Datto, Illumio, Securiti.ai, SignalFX, and several other notable startups. Prior to General Catalyst, Steve was the CTO and SVP of R&D at VMware, leading a team of more than 3,000 highly-talented engineers. Steve is an expert on best practices for incorporating AI with engineering and data teams.
